The Anambra State government has reviewed the two years of Professor Chukwuma Soludo in the saddle, with the governor saying his administration is on course.
The governor spoke at the conclusion of a two-day retreat that focused on his performance and the plan for the future.
Participants at the event were drawn from the Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAs, as well as the local governments.
Governor Soludo stressed the importance of reflecting on the administration's goals, the progress made and the challenges encountered, as well as the future plans.
He said: "We have been engaged in deep discussions about where we are, how far we've come, and the road ahead in fulfilling our commitment to the people of Anambra State.
"We are definitely on course in delivering and laying a solid foundation for a liveable and prosperous smart-mega city that our people will be proud of."
"The year 2024 is crucial for full execution of projects. We are completely focused on delivering maximum benefits for ndi Anambra."
The governor said the retreat served as a strategic pause for government to further assess its accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and solidify its plans for the remaining term.
"By prioritizing execution and focusing on tangible results, we will aim to fulfill the promises made to the people and build a brighter future for the state", he stated.
