APGA federal lawmaker felicitates Bianca Ojukwu on her ministerial appointment

The member representing Ihiala federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon Paschal Agbodike has congratulated Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu who has been sworn in as a Minister Of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria.


Agbodike is a member of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, the political party where Mrs Ojukwu is a member of Board of Trustees, BoT. The wife of the late Ikemba Nnewi, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu has already been sworn in as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs by President Bola Tinubu.


The lawmaker, who described the appointment as a round peg in a round hole, said Mrs Ojukwu possesses the credentials and character worthy of her new position, adding that she would bring her wealth of experience to bear in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


"On behalf of myself and my constituents, I congratulate the new Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu over her nomination, successful clearance by the Senate and eventual swearing in.


The nation's Foreign Affairs Ministry would experience a new lease of life with Bianca Ojukwu's Midas touch, which the people of Anambra South Senatorial district in particular and the state in general would be proud of", Agbodike said.


He also congratulated the Anambra State governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, APGA, the people of Anambra South senatorial zone and the entire Anambra people over the appointment of former Miss Nigeria as a Minister.
