Labour Party, LP, governorship aspirant for the November 8 election, John Nwosu, has urged members of the Obidient Movement to be prepared for the task ahead, reminding them that Anambra is the next battleground for them.
Addressing members of the Movement in Awka, Nwosu acknowledged their ongoing restructuring efforts, both nationally and in Anambra State, adding that the state will be a test case for them in November.
Stating his commitment to salvage the state, he described the present situation as unacceptable, adding that the state is plagued by insecurity, crime, criminality, and bloodletting.
According to him, theory is not practical, adding that Anambra needs a practical leadership which he is prepared to provide.
He urged the Obidient Movement to get involved and secure Anambra once again, by constitutionally sending away the present government to save the state from disaster.
Nwosu outlined his vision for Anambra, which is built around his seven pillars of good governance: security, health, education, economy, enterprise, market, and social welfare (SHEEEMS).
