Let's partner to ensure progress of Anambra, Information Commissioner tells his predecessor

The immediate past Commissioner for Information, Paul Nwosu, has visited his successor, Dr Law Mefor, at his office at the Jerome Udoji Secretariat Complex, Awka, with Mefor telling him predecessor that they should partner to ensure the progress of Anambra State.


During the visit, they expressed commitment towards Governor Chukwuma Soludo's dream of making Anambra better through his numerous policies and programs.


Mefor hailed Nwosu's immense contributions to the state's development in various capacities, particularly as former Commissioner for Information.


According to him, the visit portrayed him as a progressive-minded person who cares about the interests of the state.


He assured that they would continue to be partners in everything that would bring progress to Anambra and promote Governor Soludo's good works.


"To me, no effort is to be spared to showcase the good works of the Soludo administration and to ensure the best for Ndị Anambra in terms of good governance," he said.


In his remarks, Nwosu praised Mefor for the physical changes he brought to the office, including his passion for the job, among other improvements in information dissemination.


He said the visit was simply to touch base to know how things were going, even as he expressed willingness and availability to help the ministry and the state in any way.
