The Senator representing Anambra North, Dr. Tony Nwoye, has listed his landmark achievements since he assumed office one year ago.
Some of the areas he excelled include infrastructure transformation, human development, empowerment, among others.
A statement from his media office said that despite the challenges, Senator Nwoye has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the development of his constituents and Anambra State in general.
Among projects he executed within the period include construction of multipurpose modern youth centers, building of lock-up shops with solar-powered boreholes, construction of community halls and computer training centers, development of fish farms and poultry clusters, as well as building of roads and rehabilitation of existing ones.
The statement also said that the Senator has empowered over 13,000 constituents through various programms, including provision of boats for fishermen, marine ambulance services, training and provision of equipment for carpentry, bricklaying, and fashion design and cash empowerment.
Others are construction of classrooms and innovation training centers, provision of laptops, refrigerators, and other equipment and training programms in Forex trading, e-marketing, and skill acquisition
"These achievements demonstrate his dedication to transforming Anambra North Senatorial District. His constituents have praised his efforts and expressed gratitude for his impactful leadership" the statement said.
