Speakers at a recent meeting of Nigerian citizens and Obedient Movement Worldwide expressed the view that while the judiciary remains the hope of Nigerian citizens, Nigeria is in great need of help.

The Speakers, Dr. Harna Gorah, Dr. Michael Chukwujekwu, Pastor James Ime, Ebere Obiesie and Yinka Quadiri are of the consensus that the help Nigeria needs must come from within.

They share the view that the help starts with commitment to the future of the country and seamless electoral processes capable of producing objective outcomes.

The Speakers expressed the view that electoral violence, intimidation and thuggery and such other manifest interference in the process are inimical to the development and deepening of democracy in Nigeria and Africa.

Nigeria of our dream is a place where the youth and the working class will take advantage of the digital era to advance the interest of the citizens and provide leadership for Africa.

They decried the state of affairs where the poor is no longer sure of daily meals and many retire to bed at night without food.

They further decried a situation where the inability of the country to perfect seamless electoral processes and system made it impossible for the country to assume its proper place in terms of growth and development in spite of the natural resources hidden by providence in the bowels of the country.
