A former APC presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Charles Udeogaranya, has described the representation of President Bola Tinubu at the Arab-Islamic Summit as a gross misconduct of the Nigerian Constitution.
According to him to unilaterally drag Nigeria into Arab and Islamic nation’s affairs is a grievous disparaging of the Nigerian people and its Constitution.
Chief Udeogaranya pointed out that Nigeria is a predominantly Christian nation by religion and a non-Arab nation, arguing that it is the most populous black nation of various ethnic orientations and insignificant Arab-leaning ethnic groups.
He underscored that such a crass disrespect and disregard for the true position of Nigeria on an international stage is most regrettable.

He urged the National Assembly to caution President Tinubu to avoid such disparage, noting that Nigerians stand with Israel firmly in all international postures.
