The special adviser to the Vice Chancellor on Media and Publicity, Dr. Emma Ojukwu said the partnership will enable the University to set up Accredited Test Center (ATC) that would aid the university's transformation agenda of the VC for digital literacy and ICT skills for the 21st century workplace.

Ojukwu said: "The VC will be attending ICDL Africa Forum on 25th Oct 2023 at Kigali, Rwanda to discuss Digital Literacy for all.

"This will reposition the University's academic non-teaching staff and undergraduates/ postgraduates for a productive workforce by the proficient use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that empowers individuals, organizations and society, through the development, promotion, and delivery of quality certification programmes at the Unizik ATC."
